Here you will find a health toolkit which contains lots of workshops and resources to run with your athletes.

The toolkit contains 15 workshops ranging from healthy eating to heart health. Within it you will find lots of games that you can use during your workshops to make them fun and interesting. Athlete Resources contains easy read information sheets on a variety of health topics for athletes to print and use with families and carers. Our recipe section includes fun to make healthy recipes which are linked to the food pyramid and have been developed in easy read format.
